Comodo e vicinissimo alla Stazione Termini di Roma, nessuna fila e tutto fatto in autonomia, buona convenienza di prezzo rispetto ai competitor. Quando si arriva, tramite lo schermo si imposta il tempo di permanenza dei bagagli si paga e in pochi secondi hai già assegnato un locker dove poterli depositare. Consiglio di prenotare prima il proprio posto.

We needed to drop 3 bags for 4hours in Rome Termini station. We did not booked anything! However we arrived at Closbox, 200m away from Termini Train Station. We pay the money easily, and left our bags inside the locker. Price was pretty good! Service & experience very pleasant. All ok !

Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione, deposito bagagli automatiico con Locker di varie dimensioni. Facile prenotare on line dove sono indicate le misure precise e convenienti prezzi orari a Locker indipendentemente dal numero di bagagli: io ho prenotato un Locker grande dove ho messo 4 trolley medi più due borse per 2 ore a € 8,99 totale. Mezz'ora prima dell' orario arriva una mail di avviso scadenza oppure puoi scegliere di allungare il tempo. Ottimo servizio

Avevo prenotato un box medium per 2 valige una standard e una piccola e non ci stavano nel box e Ho dovuto prendere il large non sono riuscito ad annullarlo e alla fine ne ho pagato 2

Come chiaramente indicato e spiegato sul nostro sito web e mostrato nelle immagini dei locker disponibili, il locker Medium è progettato per contenere un trolley da cabina ed uno zaino.
Per due valigie è necessario prenotare un locker Large, come specificato nelle descrizioni e nella documentazione fotografica presente sul sito al momento della prenotazione.

Vicinissimo alla stazione ottimo servizio e anche prezzo conveniente abbiamo lasciato 4 valige più borsoni per 15 euro questo ci ha permesso di fare una bella gita a Roma.

La que nos tocó no era para nada cómoda, estaba arriba del todo y apenas llegábamos a meter bien las cosas, podría haber una escalerita o algo en el local. La ubicación era buena y el precio también.

The lockers were clean, spacious, and very convenient. The location close to the station is excellent and made everything easy. The only issue I had was with the software: 1. There was no QR code provided after the reservation, so we had to enter the code manually. 2. We were unable to open the locker 5 minutes before our reservation time, even though it was already empty. Overall, the physical lockers were great, but the digital experience could definitely be improved.

We'd love to address your two points about the software:
1. Regarding the QR code — we intentionally chose not to use QR codes for security and ease-of-use reasons. A simple numeric code is harder to accidentally share or screenshot, and it works reliably without needing a camera or a specific app. We understand it's an extra step, but it's designed to keep your belongings as safe as possible.
2. Regarding early access — you can actually open the locker and check in before your reservation time! Simply go ahead and start the check-in process: the system will automatically detect that you're early and offer you an early check-in option, adjusting your reservation accordingly. So next time, feel free to check in as soon as you arrive — the system will take care of the rest.

Locker in posizione strategica vicinissimo alla stazione Termini. Facilità nella prenotazione online e nel check in e out dei bagagli. Il più economico di quelli presenti nella medesima zona. Io ho utilizzato quello di grandezza media per due trolley e due zaini ed aveva ancora spazio. Sicuramente lo riutilizzerò in caso di nuovo viaggio a Roma.

Tutto molto semplice ed intuitivo. L'unica piccola pecca è che il vetro della porta è trasparente e dall'esterno un malintenzionato potrebbe vedere l'inserimento del codice (che sullo schermo non è nascosto ma in chiaro). Per il resto procedura semplice, veloce ed efficace. Lo spazio nell'extralarge è stato sufficiente per 5 zaini e due borse con tracolla grandi. Ad un prezzo accettabilissimo

Easy to find and very convenient especially for a two or three day trip and then go back to roma termini, it would be nice if we can chose alternate lockers because the one we had is a bit delapidated but it still was secure for the two days. Also I suggest that you check the lockers from time to time for defects so that the piece of mind of clients are assured.

El mecanismo de resguardo de equipaje es muy sencillo y seguro. Al volver luego del tiempo contratado se abrió el locker y todo nuestro equipaje estaba completo

This storage was perfectly located just a couple of blocks away from Termini station. We purchased 3 of their biggest lockers for one day. The system was easy to use. It was a life-saver!

Great location half a block from The train station. Easy to use stored two checked luggage size and one carryon in the larger box and another carryon in a small locker for 4 days. Great value after watching all the other tourists lug their stuff around.

The storage is very close to Termini and while most other places were full or had long queues, here we could store our luggage for even lower prices. Good thing there were a few free lockers. The dropoff and pickup process was quite easy with the kiosk there.
