Un servizio davvero utile, perfetto. Tutto molto agevole, sicuro, facile da trovare, facile da usare. Spazioso il box. Al termine e abbiamo sforato il tempo arrivando oltre un’ora di ritardo, nessun problema, alla fine c’era una piccola quota da pagare in aggiunta, eseguita velocemente con pagamento elettronico.

The storage site location is very good. However I had problem in claiming my luggage. When I checked in my luggage was supposed to be stored in a small box number 1 but medium box 15 opened so I put my luggage in medium box 15. When retrieving my luggage I can no longer claim because I cannot open box 15. It took timw for me to retrieved my luggage and the costs difference was settled.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting that you appreciated our location. We would like to kindly clarify what happened during your stay, as we believe there has been a misunderstanding.
At the time of your booking and payment, you correctly reserved a medium-sized locker, and our system regularly assigned you locker number 1, as clearly displayed on the screen at check-in. Unfortunately, instead of using the locker assigned to you, you placed your luggage in locker number 15, which is a large locker that had been left open by a previous customer.
As clearly indicated by the signs posted in our store, "Never use a locker that has already been left open". This rule exists precisely to protect our customers: since for our system that locker was still available, any other client could have been assigned to it and gained access to your belongings. You were genuinely fortunate that no one else used it in the meantime.
When retrieving your luggage, the difference in price between the medium locker you had paid for and the large locker you actually used had to be settled, which is why the process took a bit longer than usual.
We always invite our customers to carefully read the instructions displayed in store and to check the screen to confirm the locker number assigned to them. These simple steps are essential to guarantee the safety of the luggage and a smooth experience for everyone.
We are glad everything was resolved and that your belongings remained safe. We hope to welcome you again in the future.

Son unas consignas muy bien ubicadas y fáciles de usar. El único aspecto negativo es el precio, una consigna XL para un equipaje de 4 adultos y un bebé no fue suficiente y tuvimos que coger 2. Al final fueron 40€ de consigna.

The location was very close to our accommodation. The space is small but ok. We didn’t experience any problems. You could display info about using the lockbox on the wall. For people who are less intuitive

Easy and intuitive to use. What could be improved? Increase the time it takes to pay when you're indoors, as the screen displays a message indicating you haven't paid yet, and the terminal is still accepting payment, which can lead to a charge without confirmation. It would be very convenient if the website provided a Google Maps location for navigation.

Ho utilizzato il vostro deposito bagagli a Roma zona Vaticano. Procedura semplice per accedere allo scomparto di deposito per i nostri zaini. Non felice la posizione del terminale su cui fare le operazioni, dato che si trova a ridosso della porta di entrata . Comunque tutto ok !

Prinzipiell war es ein guter Ablageort, jedoch war der Schrank der uns zugeordnet wurde bereits verborgen - wir haben uns nichts dabei gedacht. Letztendlich ging unser Schrank dann aber nicht auf - der Mann an der Sprechanlage war unhöflich und wollte das persönliche Passwort - nicht den Code obwohl andere Menschen auch drin waren. Kein Entschuldigung nur ein "wir" hätten es zu voll gemacht. Letztendlich haben wir einen zweiten Schrank für die restliche Zeit dazugebucht, damit wir später nicht wieder das Problem haben. Also prinzipiell guter Ablageort aber vorsicht beim beladen oder schon verbogenen Schränken.

We have inspected the locker that was assigned to you, and it shows no signs of deformation or damage. As clearly stated inside the locker, if items are not properly arranged and/or the door is forced shut (because the contents exceed the actual capacity), issues may occur when reopening.
We understand it may be convenient to save on renting an additional locker, but unfortunately forcing items in can lead to these problems. Looking at the support ticket opened to assist you, we can see that your contact with customer service lasted a total of 1 minute and 43 seconds, so the issue was resolved quite quickly.
In any case, we always advise our customers not to force the locker doors shut.

Egyetlen probléma, hogy nincs lehetőség rossz méret kiválasztása után módosítani, így bukja az ember a pénzt, ha nem tudja jól felmérni, milyen nagyságú rekeszre van azüksége. Az sem igazán korrekt, hogy az idő percre pontosan ki van számolva, így ha sokan vannak előtted, akik be vsgy kiveszik épp a csomagjaikat, túlórát kell fizetni.

Dejamos nuestras maletas en el compartimento más grande, gran experiencia, regresamos un par de veces porque íbamos a dejar cosas que comprábamos en el día, fácil de abrir y localizar el lugar, lo recomiendo. No tuvimos ningún problema, lockers limpios, muy rara vez vimos personas ocupando los lockers.

I used the lockers next to the Vatican City and the location is so convenient only 5 min walking distance from st. Peter’s Basilica. You can pre-book online or book on arrival. Easy to use and very spacious. One of the cheapest ones and good value for your money.

Buongiorno. Il mio non totalmente positivo è dovuto al fatto che ho avuto un problema e non sono riuscito a parlare con nessuno. Avevo sbagliato misura della valigia ed ho dovuto pagare una seconda. Quando ho ripreso la valigia non mi sono ricordato che avevo preso l' altro box piccolo senza utilizzare. Dopo 4 ore mi sono ricordato. Al nm verde non rispondeva nessun operatore. Ho dovuto pagare altre 4 ore a tariffa maggiorata per un box che non ho usato . Totale per una valigia media x 2 ore 17 euro

Bonjour, L’adresse n’est pas facile à trouver. Une précision sur sa localisation serait la bienvenue (une précision par rapport à l’entrée du Musée du Vatican par exemple). Pas de tarif entre une durée de 6:00 et la durée de 24:00 (1 jour). Tout le reste très bien.

It was very easy to find the storage and the storing process is super easy. You have option to reopen it as many times as you want and something that was nice surprise they give you 5 min delay free time to open your box and pick up after your original pick up hour.

Très pratique d'utilisation. Les explications sont très claires. Pensez à prendre des photos des écrans avant chaque validation, cela vous évitera d'ouvrir votre boite mail pour récupérer votre bagage. Je ne mets que 4 étoiles parce que je trouve le service un peu plus cher que la concurrence.

Las taquillas fueron grandes y el proceso de entrega y recuperación fue muy intuitivo y sencillo. Hicimos una reserva y nos asignaron dos taquillas en la esquina del almacén y con posición elevada. Esto nos resultó muy incómodo ya que las maletas grandes son muy pesadas.

C’était super pratique, car il se trouvait juste en face de notre logement et donc avant de nous rendre sur la place Saint-Pierre, ce close box se trouvait au bon endroit pour y laisser nos bagages

Stati un rubo . Io avevo messo 5 ore pero poi mi alla fine mi avete solo fatto per un'ora. Poi quando ho dovuto ritirare multa di 35€ . RIPETO io avevo messo 5 ore e alla fine vuoi avete messo 1 ora. Rubor totale

Gentile cliente,
Comprendiamo la sua insoddisfazione, ma dobbiamo chiarire alcuni aspetti fondamentali del suo ordine.
Dal suo acquisto risulta che ha prenotato 5 locker per 1 ora, non 1 locker per 5 ore. Il nostro sistema self-service ha mostrato un riepilogo completo prima della conferma, che includeva:
- Numero di locker: 5
- Durata: 1 ora
- Costo totale
Prima di completare il pagamento, le è stato richiesto di confermare questi dettagli. Se le informazioni non corrispondevano alle sue necessità, quello era il momento per modificare la prenotazione.
Quando si sono aperti 5 locker invece di 1, avrebbe potuto contattare immediatamente il nostro servizio clienti per segnalare l'errore. Il supplemento di 35€ è dovuto al ritardo nella riconsegna dei 5 locker prenotati, non a un nostro errore.
Come servizio self-service, la responsabilità della corretta selezione dei parametri di prenotazione è dell'utente al momento dell'acquisto.

Excellent for when arriving in Rome in the morning but can't check into accommodation till the afternoon. So easy to use. The location so close to Vatican City. The only downside was selecting a large locker thinking it would fit our large 2 bags. It didn't so we had to get another one as well.
